 Bio:

Possessing degrees in both Business Administration and Finance, Teresa started her career first as a bookkeeper for a Nebraska based fertilizer company in 1987 and worked to become the office manager in 1994. Then in 2001, Teresa and her family moved to South Dakota where she soon started a position in the business office of West Central School District. Sidel then accepted a position as the Finance Officer for the City of Hartford in 2006 which led her to the position of City Administrator in 2009.  Her duties as City Administrator include overseeing all projects and operations of the City including planning, finances, and personnel. Sidel advises City of Hartford governing bodies of all current and future needs of the City. She also serves as the Floodplain Administrator and Zoning Administrator for the City and works hand-in-hand with the Planning and Zoning Board to plan any present and future needs of the City. Teresa and her husband Marti reside in Hartford where they enjoy walking their dog Colt and spending time with their grandchildren.
