When and where do I pay my water/sewer bill?

Payments.  Water/sewer bills are due on the 15th day of each month.  You may pay your bill online under pay my bills, or by dropping your payment at Hartford City Hall.  You may also mail your payment to 125 N Main Ave, Hartford, SD 57033.  Another popular option is automatic withdrawal where charges are deducted from your savings or checking account each month.  For additional information or to obtain the appropriate form, please contact Rhonda at 528-6187.  To print off the form, click on the "Automatic Withdrawal Form" form the Forms and Documents Page.

Meter Readings:  If you are still required to submit a meter reading, the reading is due by the 25th of each month.  If possible, please read your inside meter, which is usually located in the basement utility room.  If no meter reading is submitted, a $20 fee will be applied to your account.
