Bio:

Rhonda started her career with the City of Hartford in 2000. With over 30 years of customer service experience. Her duties include utility billing, water meters, generate reports, and various office duties. Kuchta is a West Central graduate a native Hartford resident. She resides in Hartford along with her husband Dave. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting her sister’s farm, reading, and making memories with family and grandchildren!
