Bio:

Jesse was born and raised in Hartford. Jesse takes great pride in the appearance of Hartford. He keeps very busy and does numerous different jobs. Jesse works a great deal with street maintenance, water and sewer locates, water meters, water and sewer sampling, lagoon monitoring, tree trimming and care, mosquito control, constructing dog park, and working with contractors.
