Bio:

Paul is the Building Official for the City of Hartford. He has over 25 years of working experience as a Building inspector in South Dakota, Minnesota and Virginia.

He is responsible for the enforcement of all adopted building code rules and regulations which entails performing plan reviews and field inspections to ensure code compliance.

He has (5) International Code Council certifications and is a Certified Building Official and Code Enforcement Officer.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech University.

Paul resides in Sioux Falls along with his wife Carrie, son Jack and foster children.
