Free Landfill Passes Have Gone Digital

Each household in Hartford is eligible for one free pass to the SF Landfill.  The landfill has gone digital so no need to pickup a paper pass at city hall.  Just go to the landfill and they will scan your driver's license to verify your address.  Passes are good thru 1/1/- 12/31.
